By accessing or placing an order on our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit any orders.

These terms apply to all users, including browsers, registered account holders, and purchasing customers. They take effect from the date of your first site visit and remain in effect until terminated.

Use of This Site

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not use this site to transmit harmful, defamatory, or illegal content, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems. All users must be 18 years of age or older.

Limitation of Liability

Peggy Fallin Law provides product information in good faith but does not guarantee that all descriptions, dimensions, or images are error-free. Product specifications are confirmed at the factory level and may vary by up to 3% from listed values.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or order errors caused by inaccurate information submitted by the buyer.

Intellectual Property

All product photography, descriptive copy, comparison guides, and maintenance documentation on this site are protected by copyright. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

Order Cancellations

Custom silicone doll orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After production begins, cancellations incur a 30% materials fee. In-stock orders ship within 48 hours and cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence is required. Buyer-side customization errors are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

This site may contain links to manufacturer sites, payment processors, or informational resources. Peggy Fallin Law does not control these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or data practices.

Data Security

All payment and personal data submitted through our site is encrypted using AES-256 protocols. We do not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements. Submit data requests to our support email with subject line 'Data Request'.
